Due to our financing experience we can calculate the minimum amount of finance we can raise for you against each commercial property even before you formally apply for a loan with the lender. Often we can raise more if you have other income, or for foreign investors, if you have income from activities in your home country. Therefore, we can deliver you a pre-financed property investment.

Investors must establish a Czech limited company to take title in the property and to finalize the purchase and will also need good local legal advice. We can help you to do this.
